Research Genral Opening to Any Film Genre.
It then leads on to other production names that were included in making the movie. With the name of the movie called Bedtime Stories the titles are made to look like a pop-up book fitting in with the title of the movie and shows the audience that it is a family friendly movie. The other production names are shown for around about 3-4 seconds. For a new production name the page is turned also linking to the movie name. The characters on that page also hints what type of stories are going to be in the movie. E.g. Behind A Happy Madison there is two knights fighting which shows that there is a scene where knights are involved.
In Bedtime Stories we have a voice over at 30 seconds sounding like a narrator which goes in hand in hand with the background of the opening which looks like a book. The narrator goes on to address the audience making them question who is the person talking. The dialog also has a joke in so the audience feel at easy and the character is show to be a bit of a joker. This also shows the genre of the movie to be comedy.
In class we all drew out the opening of the movie we watched and discussed what the openings show and if they have any thing in common or did differently.
In all I think titles are all shown differently due to the genre of the movie and the atmosphere the director want to create with the movie.

Research 180 Degree Rule
The the 180° rule is a basic guideline that states that two characters in the same scene should always have the same left/right relationship to each other. If the camera passes over the imaginary axis connecting the two subjects, it is called crossing the line.
If you can imagine an actor walking or running in a direction then you can picture the path they are following as a line. If two actors are talking to each other then draw a line to connect the two places where they are standing and extend the line in each direction to the edges of the set. Even if there are many actors in the scene you can still draw a line connecting the two opposing sides of the action.

Research Introduction
Hello Readers
This is the First Blog of our media coursework therefore we thought we had better introduced our self's with our strengths and weaknesses explained and how this shall effect are work. (Well we hope not).
I am Angharad Norris and my strengths are Technology. This shall help in editing shots that we take whilst filming as i find this the most interesting part of the course. My weakness is the analysing of any type of media and writing about it.
India's is completely opposite to me as she hate photoshop and editing programs but her strengths are her organisations skill this will help us stick to a filming schedule and make sure that we finish filming on time.
Nathalie is taking photography which will be handy behind the camera as she knows how to work the camera and understand how the shot will look on screen. Her weakness is that she hates being with in the production and watching herself back after filming.
